The Senate has passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2017, Senate Bill 2943, with a vote of 85-13.
It is highly likely that the President will veto it since this relates to defense spending, citing opposition to key provisions on acquisition and cybersecurity policy, among a litany of other objections. Regardless, we are confident that the TEDD adoption investigations will take place.
